Quanics Store: New Ordering Policy


Dear Quanics and Anua Customers,


We are reaching out to you today with some exciting news and updates. During the past year, our team has been working very hard to provide you with outstanding products, services, and technical support to continue to make your business efficient and successful.


We have done this despite supply chain disruptions, materials shortages, and manufacturing upgrades to keep a critical focus on the safety of our customers and employees during the pandemic.


We believe that these issues have forced us to be better and pushed us to be more creative at delivering products and solutions to you. The past year forced us to question our processes, rationalize inventory, improve productivity, and hire additional talented individuals. In addition, we decided to increase overall inventory stock levels to mitigate fluctuations of available materials, absorbing supply chain volatility. On the people side, during the past 18 months, we are pleased to have added seven team members and over five manufacturing employees: for example, we added four experienced regional technical sales team members, a licensed design engineer, an experienced plant manager, and a digital media expert, to name a few.


As a result of our planned productivity improvement efforts to provide better products and services going forward, we are implementing a new order policy for Quanics and Anua parts.

Going forward, we will set a minimum $500 value on both phone in and online orders. This will NOT affect most of you: our professional distribution, service, and installation customers. In fact, it will free resources to serve you better.

We will start referring small order DIY customers to our distributors who are better placed to help these individual homeowners.
